The RN effectively delegates, directs and assistslicensed and ancillary team members; assumes accountability forquality patient outcomes; exhibits sensitivity to cultural, ethnicand religious diversity in all interactions; maintains involvementin activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and thedepartment’s strategic goals and objectives and demonstratesprofessional responsibility and accountability for his/her ownpractice and supports the company’s philosophy of nursing. • Registered Nurse Diploma
• Preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Required
• Experience working with and maintaining confidentialinformation. Experience working in a fast-paced environment withminimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills Required
• Current RN License in the state of practice
• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patientcare.

Utilizes data, information and knowledge to evaluate and promotechange in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws,accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements thatapply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliancewith all such laws, regulations and standards. • Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there maybe occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications orhazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport,storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/ordisposal of contaminated waste.

The risk level of exposure mayincrease depending on the essential job duties of the role. #Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week(subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to bedetermined. RN
