Awards Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for: Conducting mental status exams Assessing physical health needs Making appropriate referrals to Community Physicians Providing management and administration of medications in conjunction with Psychiatrist Participating on team that delivers an integrated array of treatment, rehabilitation and support services, customized to each person Participating in rotating 24-hour crisis coverage and response Perform other related duties, as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a Treatment and/or Rehabilitation setting Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Knowledge of Nursing assessment methods Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
