Job Overview:

As a Med Surg RN in Natchitoches, Louisiana, you will work 36 hours per week on the night shift, providing top-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform assessments.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Louisiana (or compact license).
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Med Surg RN.
BLS certification required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a diverse patient population.
