This job serves asthe teacher/facilitator/consultant who works collaboratively withnursing and organizational management to implement the educationalgoals for the company. • Bachelor’s degree innursing. Preferred
• Master’s degree in nursing. Work ExperienceRequired
• 3 years of nursing experience. Certifications Required
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice. BasicLife Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. KnowledgeSkills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Proficiency in using computers,software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal andwritten communication skills and ability to present informationclearly and professionally to varying levels of individualsthroughout the patient care process.
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work acrossorganizational lines to meet objectives.
• Excellent organizationalskills and ability to routinely manage priorities and projectsinvolving multiple constituencies.
• Excellent time managementskills and ability to work with frequent interruptions and changesin priorities.
• Ability to work in stressful situations, remainingobjective and professional at all times.
• Ability to work aflexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on callavailability). Job Duties
• Assesses, designs, presents andprovides evaluation of educational program for clinical andnon-clinical staff based on identified needs/competencies.
• Actively participates in groups and professional associations.
• Functions as a performance consultant.
• Coordinates trainingfacilities and other resources.
• Performs other related duties asrequired.
