- Friday No Weekends This job is theteacher/facilitator/consultant who works collaboratively withnursing and organizational management to implement the educationalgoals for the company.
Assesses the need for, plans, organizes,implements and evaluates education and training activities. Theseefforts are designed to assist all personnel to acquire, maintain,or improve psychomotor, cognitive and effective learning that willprovide continuously improving patient care outcomes and/or improveprocesses and management systems. Education Required
- Bachelor’sdegree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- Master’s degree in Nursing(MSN) Work Experience Required
- 3 years Nursing experienceExperience working with frequent interruptions and changes inpriorities. Experience working in stressful situations, remainingobjective and professional at all times. Certifications Required
- Current RN License in the state of practice Basic Life Support(BLS) from the American Heart Association Knowledge Skills andAbilities (KSAs)
- Must have computer skills and dexterity requiredfor data entry and retrieval of job related information.
- Must beproficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the abilityto present information clearly and professionally to varying levelsof individuals throughout the patient care process.
- Strongpresentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work acrossorganizational lines to meet objectives
- Excellent organizationalskills; ability to routinely manage priorities and projectsinvolving multiple constituencies
- Excellent time managementskills and experience working with frequent interruptions andchanges in priorities

- Assesses, designs, presents and provides evaluation of educationalprogram for clinical and non-clinical staff based on identifiedneeds/competencies.
- Actively participates in groups andprofessional associations.

- Coordinates training facilities and other resources.
