This job is considered a leader inthe provision of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process withinthe framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses andScope & Standards of Practice. Education Required

• Registered Nurse Diploma Preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Work Experience Required
• None Certifications Required
• Current RN License in the state ofpractice Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from theAmerican Heart Association Preferred
• Certification in clinicalspecialty area Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Must havecomputer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrievalof information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skillsand the ability to present information clearly and professionally
• Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, varioussoftware packages specific to role and keyboard
