Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop patient care plans Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

Active RN license RN (Med/Surg or Geriatrics & Extended Care or Ambulatory Care)

• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Eighteen (18) months recent experience RN (Specialty Care
• ICU/PACU/PCU/Cath Lab/Bronch, Emergency Department, Dialysis )
• Current

AHA ACLS

Certification

• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Two (2) year recent experience in Critical Care Nursing Wound Care RN
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Eighteen (18) months recent experience
