This job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care usingthe nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act,ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. Effectivelydelegates, directs and assists licensed and ancillary team members;assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes; exhibitssensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in allinteractions; maintains involvement in activities aimed toward theachievement of unit and the departments strategic goals andobjectives and demonstrates professional responsibility andaccountability for his/her own practice and supports the company’sphilosophy of nursing.

EducationRequired•Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationfrom the American Heart Association.
