Requirements:
Responsible for managing the professional development program in along-term care and sub-acute care / skilled nursing / short-termrehabilitation setting. Assist with onboarding and training new staff, training andfacilitation of existing staff, rolling out of new compliance andregulatory training, and ensuring the center remains in compliancewith all regulatory, credentialing and educationalrequirements.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required. Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state ofpractice required. Two (2+) years’ nursing experience required. Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education andStaff Development experience strongly preferred.
CDC – IPCO
Certification required or must be willing to completewithin 5 days of employment.

MR Requirements:
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years’ experience in health care field, teaching, ortraining and development.
Registered NurseInfection Prevention andControl Officer Certification or complete IPCO training andcertification within 5 days of hire.

ENVIRONMENTEmployee is frequently required tostand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel,talk and hear. Employee will occasionally lift objects weighing upto 50 lbs. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Adheres to and oversee communication of privacyguidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents’ protectedhealth information. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies,procedures and state and federal law.
