The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise in medical/surgical nursing. Duties Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, collaborating with healthcare team members to provide optimal care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment plans Perform IV insertions, wound care, and other nursing procedures as needed Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
