Job Description
Family Service Association is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse tojoin our incredible team at our Adult Day Health program. We have 1 parttime (25 hours per week) position available at our Seaview ADH. Thehourly rate is $35 and the schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Our staff in the Adult Day Health program are dedicatedto supporting our participants in building friendships, exploring newinterests, and strengthen their ability to remain independent in thecommunity. Joining our team means you will see the positive impact andsense of community our program has on our participants and theircaregivers every day. Our staff work together to ensure the safety andwell-being of our participants by providing hands-on skilled care in astructured, medical setting. The Registered Nurse at our Adult DayHealth program oversees the direct care provided by staff. TheRegistered Nurse works in partnership with an interdisciplinary team todevelop individualized care plans that promote social-emotional andphysical health for our participants. Education and Experience:
Must be licensedby the Board of Registration to practice in the Commonwealth ofMassachusetts and in good standing. Must have at least two (2) year’srecent experience in the direct care of the elderly or chronicallydisabled persons.
