As a Home Infusion Nurse, you’ll use your clinical expertise to provide one-on-one care, while managing your own schedule and collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role is designed for highly capable, self-directed nurses who thrive outside of the traditional clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Administer IV medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders. Monitor and evaluate patients’ vital signs and treatment responses. Perform venipuncture and establish IV access as needed. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and medical records. Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to manage patient care plans. Ensure all care meets current safety standards and clinical guidelines. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of practice. Home infusion experience required, with strong IV skills. Proficient in assessing vital signs and patient conditions. Knowledge of infusion-related medical terminology and protocols. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently while supporting team-based care remotely.
