pandemic. Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. This role is crucial in providing immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations. As part of Medical Talent, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the healthcare workforce. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients with various medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Perform assessments and triage patients based on severity of condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care. Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice. Experience in emergency medicine or critical care preferred. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and practices.
