Massachusetts Facility will not pend license Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Please note BMC will not accept Declinations for Flu or Tdap Duties Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including vital signs and overall health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and support throughout their treatment journey. Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures and other diagnostic tests as needed. Perform triage for incoming patients in urgent care settings, prioritizing care based on severity. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health coaching techniques for better management of their conditions. Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients. Skills Proficient in inpatient nursing practices with a strong understanding of internal medicine. Ability to ventilate patients effectively when required. Skilled in performing triage assessments in urgent care situations. Knowledgeable in cardiac catheterization processes and related patient care protocols. Strong communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Competent in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes that may indicate complications. Familiarity with health coaching principles to support patient recovery and wellness.
