Full Job Description High School Long Term Substitute School Nurse Reports To:
High School Principal Danvers Public Schools seeks a, Long Term Substitute School Nurse for the Danvers High School. Must have proper DESE certification.
Job Description:
We are seeking a second nurse to work with our full-time nurse in our middle school setting Providing Nurse care to students and staff Monitoring health plans for students Treat student injuries or illnesses and advise students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues. Support students with chronic illnesses and disabilities for example, by administering medication to them (e.g. insulin injections). Knowledge of basic computer software is a plus, as nurses often perform administrative tasks, such as updating students medical records.
