RN – Telemetry – Local Contract 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Lawrence, MA WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Lawerence, MA.
Job Function:
Night Shift. 7pm – 7:30am. Prepares, administers, and records prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, or via IV). Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with nursing policies. Educates patients about surgical procedures and documents medical information and vital signs. Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interpreting and recording electronic displays. Initiates corrective action as needed to ensure patient safety and well‑being.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current RN license in the state (or willingness to obtain). 1-2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
