£20.90 Our client, a beautiful nursing home, is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their team for day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification with active NMC registration Previous experience in elderly care with an understanding of the unique needs of older adults Skilled in drafting comprehensive care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including MCA and DoLS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and implementing personalised care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individual care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans Maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care Stay informed on current clinical best practices and relevant regulatory frameworks
