• Consult and coordinate with facilityhealth care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluatepatient care plans
• Administer and record prescribed medications
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

• Current RN License in Ohio or Compact RN Licensewhere applicable
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 to 2 years ofrecent Medical
• Surgical nursing experience
