Job Summary:
The Oncology NurseNavigator is a registered nurse with oncology-specific clinicalknowledge who supports patients, families, and caregivers byremoving care barriers and ensuring access to education, treatment,and psychosocial resources throughout the cancer care continuum.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care for oncology patients,including scheduling, assessments, and treatment planning
- Provideeducation to patients and families on chemotherapy andimmunotherapy
- Support pre-treatment preparation such as labs,testing, and venous access placement
- Assist physicians and nursepractitioners with triage, prescriptions, and lab orders
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless carefrom referral to follow-up
- Promote a welcoming and professionalenvironment for patients

Requirements:
- Active MA RegisteredNurse license (required)
- BSN (required)
- AHA•BLS certification(required)•Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an oncologysetting (preferred; will train)•ONS Chemotherapy/BiotherapyCertification (preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire)•Oncology Nurse Certification (preferred or obtained within 2 yearsof hire)
