Required Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN License Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 2-3 years of recent Emergency Department experience Pediatric care experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, efficient, and evidence-based care to patients across all acuity levels in the Emergency Department Triage, assess, and manage adult and pediatric emergencies Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record systems Provide family-centered, trauma-informed care where appropriate Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Why Emerson Hospital?
