Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Med/Surg RN with telemetry skills to join a patient-centered team in Falmouth. This night-shift position is perfect for RNs who excel at working independently while managing multiple patient needs.

Duties:

Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize arrhythmias Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Contribute to patient education and discharge readiness Serve as a clinical resource and role model for team members

Required Credentials:

Active RN license in Massachusetts Minimum 2 years of recent hospital experience in Med/Surg and telemetry Phlebotomy and IV skills BLS certified; ACLS preferred Must pass pharmacology/arrhythmia exams before assignment start
