Under direction of the Executive Director, Director or designee, perform a wide variety of duties in the area of practice/consultation, education, staff development, research, leadership, other related duties and responsibilities, etc. Position responsibilities involve increasing the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care and evaluation of various oues within area of own specialty.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science required, BSN or MSN strongly preferred.
Demonstrates ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate, and manage educational curriculum.
Demonstratesanization, coordination, and time management skills.
Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service, andmunication skills.
Must maintainpetency within areas of own position responsibilities.
Five (5) years of related work experience is required.
An RN Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
ANA or National Certification in the area of specialty is required within one year.
Current BLS Certification is also required.
This specific position requires candidate to have at minimum, 1 year of long term care experience.
Lead Instructor must have long term care experience. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

COVID 19

virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range
USD $46.11 – USD $82.21 /Hr.
