Contract Duration:

13 weeks contract with a possibility of extension

Pay Rate:

$62/hour

• paid weekly!

Shift:

12 hr night shifts 7p-7a , 36hrs/week , every other weekend & holiday required Tele test will be given on first day of orientation

• Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tele & MedSurg
• Diltiazem, heparin, and Lasix drips experience required
• BLS
• May be asked to float to similar units

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or as authorized by standing orders
• Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information
