Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, particularly with early childhood education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students Knowledge of health care policies and practices in educational environments CPR and First Aid certification
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing assessments for students and address their health care needs Administer medications and monitor for any adverse reactions Collaborate with educators and staff to promote health and wellness Develop individual health care plans as required Maintain accurate health records and documentation for all students Respond to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions
