OutpatientTreatment Program Schedule :

32 hours a week Week 1: Mon, Tue,Thur, Sat Week 2: Mon, Tue. Thur, Fri Pay rate : $35/hour (LPN),$37/hour (RN). $3.00/hour weekend differential

The control, countingand appropriate documentation of onsite medication. Educatingclients on use, purpose, side effects, and other informationrelating to medication assisted treatment. Verifying medicationorders with the physician and transcribes physician’s orders.

Assisting in the admission process and documents substance usediagnosis as required. •CA •

CB Qualifications Qualifications:

Mustbe a MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).Must have a current CPR certificate or obtain certification within90 days of hire. Must display the use of appropriate independentjudgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolvingproblems and in emergencies. Must be able to express selfadequately in written and oral communication and to communicateeffectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse settingwith clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies. Experiencein substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatienthealthcare environment preferred.
