Job Description
Nurse Administrator (Pediatric Hospital) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Canton, MA 02021 Insight Global is looking for a Nurse Administrator to join a pediatric rehabilitation hospital in Massachusetts. This full-time, on-site leadership role (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM) involves directing nursing and respiratory therapy services for children and young adults with complex medical needs. The Nurse Administrator will be part of the executive leadership team and participate in an on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage nursing and respiratory departments Oversee patient care, clinical workflows, and staffing Drive quality improvement and incident review initiatives Collaborate with medical staff and senior leadership on care planning, utilization, and admissions Ensure 24/7 nursing coverage and compliance with care standards
Requirements:
5+ years of senior-level management experience (In a hospital setting) Registered Nurse in State of Massachusetts Master’s degree in nursing Experience with scheduling and ensuring staffing levels meet all requirements $65 to $85 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
