Job Overview :

As a Registered Nurse in a busy Primary Care outpatient clinic, you will provide a mix of clinical and administrative support. You will play a key role in patient triage, care coordination, prior authorizations, and patient education while working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform telephone triage and respond to patient calls Conduct prior authorizations for medications, imaging, and referrals Provide occasional direct patient care in support of providers Educate patients about care plans, medications, and chronic condition management Support daily clinic operations and assist with provider workflows Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to compliance guidelines Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Certification and Licensure Requirement:

• Active RN License
• MA • Basic Life Support (BLS)•AHA •
