The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and discharge planning. Assist in critical care transport as needed, ensuring safe transfer of patients. Perform catheter care and other specialized nursing procedures. Utilize knowledge of physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions. Engage in home community care initiatives to support patients in their recovery process.
