Days, 40 hours/week; call may be required
Start Date:
ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in the CVOR during complex cardiac and vascular surgeries Circulate and assist during procedures including open-heart surgeries, CABG, valve replacements, and more Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and surgical techs Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all hospital policies and safety regulations Monitor patient status, manage supplies, and document accurately
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license (or compact license eligible) Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience required BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) Proficient in Epic or other EMR systems preferred Prior travel experience a plus
