Position Summary:
This role providesdirect clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibilityfor assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care toassigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role isresponsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care isdelegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure highquality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinicalstaff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability toserve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline ofnursing.

Qualifications:
Required:
Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accreditedschool.
Preferred:
Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s ormaster’s degree).
Certifications:
Required:
Currently licensed,certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law,regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
