- 3 PM) at Holy Trinity Sing On Bonus $2500 Are you a dedicated RN or LPN looking to make an immediate impact? Holy Trinity Nursing Home has an urgent opening for a compassionate nurse to join our sub-acute unit on the 7 AM
- 3 PM shift.

What you’ll do: Direct and participate in daily resident activities. Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and facility guidelines. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards. Monitor medical equipment for safety and adequacy. Contribute to resident care plans and ensure their implementation. Administer and document medications and treatments accurately. Respond to all call lights in a timely manner. Orient new nursing hires and provide feedback to nursing assistants. What you’ll bring: Current RN or LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
