Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on nursing care tailored to each patient’s recovery goals. Perform comprehensive assessments and modify treatment plans as needed. Deliver patient and family education to encourage long-term wellness. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated, effective care. Offer guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
Requirements:
Valid RN licensure as mandated by the state. CPR certification required; ACLS preferred. Demonstrated clinical competence and communication skills. Availability for 12-hour shifts including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
CRRN certification preferred. One year of nursing experience in a rehab or acute care setting.
