Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitative setting. Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and recovery processes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination. Offer support and mentorship to peers in managing complex care scenarios.
Requirements:
Active RN license meeting all applicable state requirements. Current CPR certification; ACLS certification is preferred. Strong clinical skills and compassionate communication. Availability for 12-hour shifts, including day, night, or weekend rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:
CRRN certification. Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
