Key Responsibilities:

Administer direct and indirect nursing care to patients recovering in a rehabilitative setting. Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient recovery plans. Conduct evaluations, document clinical progress, and adapt treatment strategies. Support families with information, education, and reassurance. Mentor newer staff and share best practices in clinical care.

Requirements:

RN licensure compliant with local/state regulations. BLS/CPR certification; ACLS desirable. Effective clinical judgment and communication. Ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

CRRN or similar specialty certification. At least one year of rehabilitation hospital experience.

What We Offer:

Pay range: $40.00 to $65.00/hour, depending on experience. $5,000 hiring bonus available for qualified candidates. Options for full-time, part-time, weekends, and short-term roles. Premium pay for evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
