As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice ⊃port to the Residents and their families Monitoring Residentsand administering medication and treatments Documents Resident careservices by charting in Resident & dept. records Protects Residents& staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolves Resident problems ≠eds by utilizingmultidisciplinary team strategies Assures quality of care byadhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care MaintainsResident confidence by keeping information confidential
REQUIREMENTS
