Position Summary:

This role provides direct clinicalpatient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing,planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients ona per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible forsupervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Therole is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe andappropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, andappropriate resource management related to patient care. Haseffective interpersonal and communication skills and ability toserve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline ofnursing.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduated from a state approvedschool of nursing or an accredited school.

Preferred:

Academicdegree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree).

Certifications:

Required:

Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practiceprofession as required by law, regulation in state of practice orpolicy; CPR.
