Position Summary:
This role provides direct clinical patient care.
The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning,implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a pershift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible forsupervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Therole is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe andappropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, andappropriate resource management related to patient care. Haseffective interpersonal and communication skills and ability toserve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline ofnursing.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required:
Graduated from astate approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Preferred:
Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’sdegree).
Certifications:
Required:
Currently licensed, certified,or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulationin state of practice or policy; CPR.
