ME RN License 1 year Education experience, and BLS Proposed start date ASAP Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings. This role is crucial for providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the overall health and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions. Monitor patients’ vital signs and health status, ensuring timely interventions when necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while adhering to OSHA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care effectively, particularly in critical care and medical-surgical settings. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures related to infectious disease care and epidemiology. Participate in data management initiatives to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in critical care or medical-surgical nursing preferred. Strong knowledge of infectious disease protocols and patient monitoring techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with medical records systems and data management practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong leadership skills when needed.
