What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring thehealth, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Yourresponsibilities will include assessing patient conditions,developing and implementing care plans, administering medications,and collaborating with healthcare professionals to providecomprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting patientassessments and developing individualized care plans Administeringmedications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitoringand recording patient vital signs and medical information Providingwound care and other nursing interventions as needed Collaboratingwith the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care deliveryOverseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) andCertified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care Ifyou’re passionate about providing compassionate care and support toour residents in an environment where your expertise and dedicationare valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as aRegistered Nurse!
