36 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices and safety standards. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Assist in discharge planning, ensuring patients have the necessary resources for continued care at home or in the community. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Perform catheter care, critical care transport, and other specialized nursing procedures as required. Stay informed about workers’ compensation law, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), physiology knowledge, sonography, and infant care to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of critical care transport protocols and home community care practices. Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and infant care techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple patient cases effectively. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while interacting with patients and their families.
