Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in emergency situations, ensuring their safety and well-being while navigating the fast-paced environment of the ER. Your expertise will be vital in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Assess and triage patients in emergency situations to determine the level of care needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during stressful situations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in an emergency room setting preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of airway management techniques and emergency protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and patients. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
