Qualifications/Requirements:

- Nursing Diplomaor ASN required; BSN preferred./n/t
- One to three years’experience as an RN preferred/n/t
- Other certifications may berequired for this position/n/t
- Critical thinking, serviceexcellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability toread/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbalinstructions, PC skills/n /n/n /n/t

- Completes nursingassessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately intopatient record. /n/t
- Communicates and collaborates withphysicians and other health team members. /n/t
- Provides andcoordinates patient care with other health team members. /n/t
- Monitors patients’ responses to interventions and reports outcomes./n/t
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriatedocumentation/n/t
- Monitor and evaluates patients before, during,and post procedure depending on unit /n/t
- Shares on-callresponsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required/n/t
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies /n/t
- Transports patients as needed /n/t
- Performs other duties asassigned/n /n/n /n/n
