Very responsive onboarding for the perfect candidate. Are you an independent self scheduler with a great work/life balance? Do you have experience in administering infusions and managing patient care in the home setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while remaining independent and working alone in the home setting. Duties Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and assess their responses to treatments. Collaborate remotely with healthcare professionals in the management of patient care plans. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress. Perform venipuncture for blood draws and IV access. Ensure compliance with national standards of care, medical terminology, and safety standards. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in IV starts, Infusions in the home setting Proficient in vital signs monitoring and assessment techniques. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to infusion therapy. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a remote team.
