Requirements include:
Unencumbered Missouri RN license and an excellent regulatory compliance record. Previous ADON experience and experience working with Special Needs residents preferred. Strong leadership and supervisory skills A rehabilitation focus Enjoy working with adults who have mental and physical disabilities. Must be available to work full-time hours, some evenings/nights, every other weekend Must be able to assist with Reports and daily task from DON Must be able to do Wounds and treatments
