Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and maintaining compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff. Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and provide appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Foster a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents, families, and staff. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities. Qualifications Current and valid RN license in Missouri. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or related fields is preferred.
