Tired of answering never-ending call lights? Mandatory call shifts/overtime? Are your shifts constantly being shuffled between days and nights? Come work with us and enjoy scheduling your own visits around your availability. We are looking for a FT Nurse. Responsibilities and Duties Receive information from referral sources and coordinate care for patients Verify and enter physician orders Identify level of care needed Receive and give verbal orders accurately Review clinical documentation Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly with pharmacist Work closely with referring hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, patients, and families Manage after-hours and weekend referrals (rotating on call)

Qualifications:
