The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse I ( APRN -I) provides comprehensive, evidence-based advanced practice nursing to address the physiologic, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients and families within the framework of the collaborative practice agreement. The APRN -I participates in beginning leadership, evidenced-based practice/ research, and organizational development activities with the support and direction of an experienced APRN mentor. Qualifications + PNP – Acute Care Required upon hire + Master’s Degree Required and 1-2 years experience Pediatric RN experience. Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis within preferred specialty. + DNP preferred and 1-2 years experience Pediatric RN experience.
