What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional, hands-on nursing care through every stage of the childbirth journey. Perform thorough assessments, develop care plans, and advocate fiercely for your patients. Be a go-to resource and mentor for new nurses, supporting onboarding, skills testing, and professional development. Collaborate with a tight-knit interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Participate in unit committees, education initiatives, research, and quality improvement projects. Inspire students and model best practices for the next generation of nurses.

Bonus Sparkle (Preferred Qualifications):
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). RN Specialty Certification (such as Inpatient OB or Maternal Newborn Nursing).
Why You’ll Love It Here:
A supportive team where your voice is heard and your growth is prioritized. The honor of supporting families through one of life’s most sacred journeys. Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to shine in your nursing career. Ready to make a difference at the very beginning of life?
