Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry Services team. This position is ideal for a nurse with acute care experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional cardiac care. As a telemetry nurse, you will monitor patients with complex cardiovascular conditions using continuous telemetry technology. You will play a critical role in assessing cardiac rhythms, responding to changes, and working closely with physicians and care teams to ensure patient stability and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment; promptly identify and respond to arrhythmias and clinical changes. Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, procedures, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR and adhere to hospital protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in [State]. Experience in Hospital experience . BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a telemetry, cardiac step-down, or progressive care unit (PCU). Certifications such as PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) or CCTN (Certified Cardiac Telemetry Nurse) preferred.
