Position Summary:
The ED RN willprovide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursingprocess of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
This position will meet the physical, psychosocial,religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family and willcommunicate effectively with all members of the health care team asappropriate about changes in the patient’s condition or response totreatment.

Minimum Requirements:
RequiredEducation:
Associate degree is required. Bachelor’s degree ispreferred
Required License:
Registered Nurse in North Carolina isrequired (or compact state)
Required Certification:
BLS requiredACLS is required within 6 months of hire
Other:
1 year ofexperience in a health care setting is preferred
